Refund & Return Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Since our website sells digital assets (such as downloadable source code, resume templates, and study notes) which are delivered instantly after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded. This is because digital products cannot be returned or revoked.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied. We will consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Corrupt Files: If the downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement file within 3 business days of notification.
  • Incorrect File: If you paid for a specific product but received a completely different product due to a system configuration error.
  • Double Purchase: If you accidentally bought the exact same product twice within a 24-hour period. In this case, we will refund the second duplicate transaction.

3. Software Development Services

For custom web application development, Java development, or custom software services, refund terms are outlined in the individual contract agreement signed by the client. Work completed up to milestone achievements is non-refundable, and deposit refunds are evaluated based on the work progress prior to cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a query, please email us at devnitin403@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order ID, purchase email address, and a clear description of the issue. We review all requests individually and will respond within 48 hours.
