Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Digital Product Orders

Because digital templates, source code files, and study notes are downloaded immediately after payment verification, we do not accept order cancellations once the transaction is completed and download links are issued. Please review product details and previews carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Cancellation of Software Services

For custom software development services, website development, or ongoing Java developer contracts, clients may request a cancellation of services subject to the following conditions:

  • Notice Period: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to devnitin403@gmail.com.
  • Completed Milestones: Any payments made for milestone deliverables already completed or in-progress at the time of cancellation notice are non-refundable.
  • Settlement: A final settlement invoice will be generated for any work completed up to the date of cancellation, which the client must clear before code handover is processed.

3. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers and clients to reach out to our support channels at devnitin403@gmail.com to resolve any technical issues or service disputes directly. We make every effort to respond and solve problems in a friendly and timely manner.
